- Tikanga and mātauranga Māori Wellington/Te Whanga-nui-a-Tara
- Less than a minute to read
We are looking for an experienced, strategic and hands-on communications practitioner to join our small, but active, Communications Team, to share our research with Māori partners and stakeholders.
- Based at NIWA on Wellington's beautiful coast, but location is flexible
- Part time (0.5), fixed term until 30 June 2024
- Deadline for applications: 11:55pm, Sunday 31 January 2021
We need a strong writer and content creator, ideally with digital/social media experience.
You'll support the general work of the Communications Team, but be focused on developing, delivering and evaluating specific projects that share mātauranga and research findings with Māori audiences, and share mātauranga research results with non-Māori audiences.
The Communications Team works closely with the Engagement Team, Manahautū (Deputy Director Māori), and Challenge Leadership Team.
