Rūruku mai taku Waka Taurua

This report is the second in the Waka Taurua activity series. It delves deeper into the exemplars and success factors identified within the Puna Kōrero, including: 

• Providing exemplars of Waka Taurua from the research conducted within the Challenge. 
• Exploring factors such as the structure and setup of research Waka Taurua partnerships. 
• Investigating the mechanisms that supported project success. 

Many examples of Waka Taurua research emerged at different scales, including the different teams, knowledge bases utilised as well as the kaupapa of the research itself. Three categories of success factors became clear:

1. The disposition and character of the individuals in each waka 
2. The way in which each waka was set up (before engaging in a waka taurua) 
3. The mechanisms and approaches used on the papanoho (once in a waka taurua)
