Marine ecotourism: Where are we now and where are we going?

In this webinar, Simon Milne, Keri-Anne Wikitera and Eilidh Thorburn (all from AUT) shared baseline research findings from the Growing marine ecotourism project.  They interviewed operators and conducted a nationwide survey of the sector. The research findings highlight the challenges and opportunities that face the sector as Aotearoa New Zealand’s tourism re-opens to domestic and international travel. Their findings are summarised in a baseline report (part 1) and an accompanying data dashboard and interactive map.
